SAnta maria Spritz

Ingredients

  • Santa Maria Limoncello: (50ml)

  • Prosecco: (75ml)

  • Club Soda: (25ml)

  • Mint leaves and a slice of lemon

Method

  • Fill a glass with ice.

  • Add the Limoncello, Prosecco and Soda and stir lightly.

  • Garnish with mint leaves and serve.

Lo Amalfito

Ingredients

  • White rum (50 ml)

  • Lime juice (25 ml)

  • Santa Maria Limoncello (25 ml)

  • Soda water - top up

  • 2 drops of Angostura bitter (optional)

  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar

  • Mint leaves

Method

  • Crush the mint leaves in a tumbler glass with brown sugar and lime juice.

  • Add the white rum and limoncello, stir gently.

  • Then add two drops of Angostura and ice.

  • Finally, fill the glass with soda.

MARIA’s Margarita

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest

  • 1 tablespoon of salt

  • Tequila (25 ml)

  • Santa Maria Limoncello (25 ml)

  • Lemon juice (25 ml)

  • 2 tablespoons agave

  • Lemon slices for garnish

Method

  • Combine lemon zest with salt in a flat small dish.

  • Then, run a lemon wedge around the rim of a Martini glass.

  • Dip the glass into the mix you.

  • Add ice, tequila, limoncello, lemon juice and agave to a shaker.

  • Shake it well, then strain it into the Martini glass.

Limoncello LONDON

Ingredients

  • Santa Maria Limoncello (25ml)

  • Gin (50ml)

  • Fresh lime juice: (15ml)

  • 2 sprigs fresh thyme - plus more to garnish

  • Splash of soda water - (optional)

Method

  • Add the fresh thyme to a cocktail shaker and muddle gently.

  • Add the gin, limoncello, and fresh lime juice.

  • Fill to top with ice and shake until cold.

  • Strain into a glass filled with ice.

  • Garnish with fresh thyme and lemon wedges.

Limoncello & Tonic (l&T)

Ingredients

  • Santa Maria Limoncello (50ml)

  • Tonic water (90ml)

  • 1-2 wedges of lemon juice

  • Fresh thyme or rosemary for garnishing

Method

  • Fill glass with ice cubes.

  • Pour in Limoncello, then tonic water.

  • Squeeze one or two wedges of lemon juice.

  • Finally, take thyme sprig or rosemary sprig to garnish.

Lemon Velvet Martini

Ingredients

  • Santa Maria Crema Di Limoncello: (75ml)

  • Simple Syrup: (25ml)

  • Lemon Juice: (25ml)

  • Heavy Cream: (25ml)

Method

  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

  • Add the crema limoncello, simple syrup, lemon juice, and heavy cream to the shaker.

  • Shake well until the mixture is thoroughly chilled and frothy.

  • Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.

  • For an optional garnish, add a twist of lemon peel or a light dusting of lemon zest on top.

Crema DI Spritz

Ingredients

  • Santa Maria Crema di Limoncello (50ml)

  • Prosecco (90ml)

  • Lemon rind for garnish

  • White sugar

Method

  • Run a lemon around the rim of the glass and dip the rim into the sugar.

  • In the sugar rimmed champagne glasses pour Crema di Limoncello.

  • Top off with chilled Prosecco and garnish with a lemon rind.
